We pasteurise all our milk to ensure that it is safe to drink. In addition, with the exception of our standard whole 'Silver Top' milk all our milk is now homogenised.
We have also adjusted the diet of our cows to reduce the saturated fat content of the milk, so allowing for a higher level of the 'good' unsaturated fats.
